E-mailed Weekly Report activity timestamp different than on-line reports

Wondering if I missed a setting somewhere.... When the Weekly reports ae e-mailed to me the timestamp for internet activity is 6 hours off of what I see when I login to the web-site and view the same activity.    The time listed when I login the web-site appears to be the correct time.

We have been able to reproduce it and it has to do with time zones.

Any update for the solution of the timestamp issue? I notice the issue is not only timezone but also the time stamp messed up. Is there anyway to set up our own timezone? But I would like to see the timezone issue fix first. And then I will keep an eye on the timestamp messy issue.
