E1ADDA52 error in ghost 15 -- no drives are shown

hello, as stated, I get an error, E1ADDA52. Cannot read drive properties.

my system is a vaio x with a 256 gb ssd and win7 32 prof.

i have had other imaging programs that had no problems finding my drive.

no dual boot here.

My system is a lenovo Y550 with a 320 gb hhd and win7 32 prof.

I was going to copy my main HDD to SSD to replace them using Norton Ghost 15.0.
