EAP Program Issue - Server Down?

I have tried to join the EAP but everytime i do, it says the "Server error.  We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request.  Try again later.  (-906)"

The error i reference is what i get when i try to join the eap.  I loaded the target tool which tells me congratulations i am able to join.  But when i go through the EAP link, it gives me the error i referenced.  Isn't the 22.21.6.45 available once you have successfully joined?

Could you please verify what build you're on?

Could you please ensure you've updated to the latest EAP build 22.21.6.45 ? Thanks.
