Why was my account was charged one month early on automatic renewal. In these tight economic times I feel this is VERY unfair. I am out of work. My money is in very short supply. I work in the education sector. So I feel Norton should not gouge my one month early when I am really trying hard to budge my bills.
We've heard complaints re charges processed 30 days before expiry date.
