I'm using NIS 2013 and have about four months to go before my subscription expires. Yesterday I saw NIS 2013 for three computers for one year on sale at Costco. The regular price was $49.99 but it was on sale for $24.95. I bought it intending to use it for my renewal in four months. I plan to use the new Norton subscription key in the box (I haven't opened it yet) for my renewal. If that can't be done, please let me know.
Question: If I enter the new key now will it add the new 12 months to my remaining 4 to equal 16 or will it just truncate my remaining 4 and start the new 12 months now?
