Email address for Norton

Hi.  Can anyone please let me have an email address I can use to send an email I have already composed to Norton.  I have tried in vain to go through the usual help, customer support etc. links in the Norton website.  I have trouble because I do not have a product code.  I just want to send a straight forward email to them.

There is a phone number listed on the Symantec site for the head office.  You may have to make a phone call to get a general email address if it is not specifically product related.
