I successfully updated my email address in account settings and received emails from Norton to that address. But since renewing, some emails from Norton have gone to my old address, which I want to close. Is there another record somewhere that needs to be changed?

Yes, by my experience Norton marketing and other Norton generic emails continued to an old email address.
You can try reaching out to support. But, as long as important Norton account emails are reaching your updated email address. I’d ignore those other Norton emails.
Did you try opting Unsubscribe at the old email address.
Norton Community is primarily user-to-user “working” product help.
Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment profile.
Thanks bjm, very helpful. Yes, important emails (re renewal most recently) are going to the right address. Not much luck with support! I will just go ahead and unsubscribe the old address.
