I have Norton Security installed on my iMac with Mac OS X 10.13.6 installed. The email address representing my account that shows in the top right corner of the desktop app is different than the email address listed in my online account. The address showing in the app is an old email address I no longer have. How do I get both email addresses to match?
Click on the email address in your product and click on Sign Out. Then sign back in using the correct email address.
