email advising that 360 is expired but is not

I have received several emails saying 360 expired but opening application shows 400+ days left.  I'm not sure now if I renewed directly with Norton or a third party.  I paid $109 and was told the price had gone up.  I think I was fooled by the 3rd party trying to appear to be Norton.  Calling Norton support has not helped to stop the emails. Below is from last email.  What can I do about these emails?  Sender of email shows Norton <norton@nortonfromsymantec.com>
