Email/Attachment only goes out with Silent Mode On

Hi:

 

Some users that are trying to email a 3.2Meg DWG (CAD) file as an attachment are getting the below error.

 

If I Turn On Silent Mode the email goes out fine.

 

I tried disabling Scan Outgoing Emails and it does not work either.

 

It's not practical to turn on Silent Mode every time they want to email these types of files, is there anything to SAFELY Enable/Disable so we can fix this "problem"?

 

This is happening on both of our companies (same building) which are on different hosting companies.
