Since I installed Norton 360 on my PC and my mobile phone, I cannot open attachments on emails from Firefox.
Is it Nortons' causing problems or my internet connection has problems. I am with TPG.
I want to get rid of Norton's if it is the cause.
Before installing Norton, did you have any non Norton security product on your system? If so, did you fully remove it using the removal utility for that product.
Is there any error message when you have this issue?
Do you see the same problem if you try another browser?
