Need help please. Email attachments shown to have 'no threat' asked in Norton box, bottom of page, where to 'save'. Unable to open attachment (download) or to get around Norton box regarding 'save' question. Clicked 'saved' & found attachment in Word, garbled, & in 2 different places. Need usable download. Can Norton Save Box be removed/unchecked somewhere? I'm not an experienced user.
