All of a sudden - & for no apparent reason - my email is being swamped by messages from the 'Norton Community Mailer' address.
I am subscribed to the 'Norton 360' Forum as this is the product I have, but only want to receive a message when a thread I started/contributed to receives a new message, not for every post in the Norton 360 forum. Is this possible & if so can someone advise me which options I need to tick/un-tick in My Settings or elsewhere in the Forums please.
I also have this problem; when I click on mt e-mail's View the message. Change or discontinue your search. links (either) I go to the post, cick on the options tab, but DO NOT see any UNSUBSCRIBE option, only SUBSCRIBE ( which, apparrently I aleady am)
Sorry; When I go to "Top of Thread" ( does this mean scroll up to top of screen I am on?) again, all I see is SUBSCRIBE which I believe indicates I am NOT subscribed, yet e-mail is still being swamped. This is same result I get no matter which e-mail notification I click on. This is starting to get very annoying. Is there some default setting to block all subscriptions?
Is there a chance you are subscribed to an entire board or boards?
For example, go to the top of the 360 board and click Options. If you see the option to Unsubscribe, then you are set to be notified about every new post in the 360 board. Generally this is not the desired action and you should check Unsubscribe. You can check other boards as well.

You can go to My Settings on the top right-hand side of the Norton Community > Subscriptions & Notifications and delete any and all subscriptions there.
Krusty13: Your did not actually solve my problem, but led me to where I cuuld solve it myself, so, to you and anyone else, try this: Go to profile, > Subscriptions & Notifications and see if you are subscribes any searches. I was, but to unsubscribe, I blanked any text in th searches box, and then clicked SAVE. vOILA, have not gotten any more Norton responses in my e-mail
