using windows 7 with outlook 2010. intermittent problem with receiving email. Microsoft encryption 0x8000ccc1a comes up most of the time. After hitting send/receive several time email is received. All email setting have been set and rechecked by Verizon. Could Norton email scan be interfering with email? If so can it be fixed?
