I keep getting Email error pop ups on my computer and they are getting gradually ruder! I've tried to copy a picture in to show but doesn't seem to want to do it. I've installed Norton, run scans several times, run malware software as suggested on another link and norton's power eraser, but nothing works they still keep coming up! What can I do. I'm not very computer literate by the way!
Can you please tell us what Norton product you have installed and the version? Also, what operating system and service pack level and whether 32 or 64 bit please? What email program are you using? Is this a web based email program? What ports are you using for email? If you are using ports other than 25 and 110, then your emails are not getting scanned.
You can post a picture by following these instructions.
The screen shot has to be approved by the mods before we will be able to see the screen shot. Usually, the email errors come from your ISP or your email server and not Norton.
Are you receiving this error when you try to send emails to multiple email addresses?
Is there any emails in your outbox pending ?
You will receive this error usually if you try to send emails to multiple addresses at one time. In normal cases, you can only send to a maximum of 100 addresses at a time and no more than 50 to the same domain IE: @yahoo.com/ @hotmail.com. This is to prevent spam emails.

Usually, it is norton interceding and giving you the messages from your ISP. If these messages are getting ruder, I'm wondering if they are actually coming from your ISP. It doesn't sound like an ISP would send out rude messages. What mail server do you use for your emails? Is it someone other than your ISP?
Are you seeing these email alerts even when you are not sending emails? Do you see corresponding messages in your Sent folder? Your computer may have become a zombie with malware installed that sends spam without your knowledge. You may have to post to a malware removal forum, such as Bleepingcomputer for assistance, if Norton and other programs are unable to find the malware.
The messages seem to have stopped! I escaped through the task manager and that seems to have done the trick! My Norton is 360 my emails are through orange and no I don't seem to have any sign of them in my sent box. I have been struggling with a virus but hopefully Norton and malware bytes have sorted that. Although now I have a new message about rtl.100 something being needed to be reinstalled when I boot up? Sorry to sound so useless computers are OK if they are doing what they are supposed to but otherwise I haven't a clue!!
Is that bootup error Rtl100.Bpl? I would still stop by one of the malware removal sites and ask them if your computer is now clean. Here are some of the sites you can pick from. Bleeping would be the busiest and the others are good also. Register with one of them and describe to them what has been happening. They will have the proper tools for you to use and see if you still have malware there and also can tell if your operating system may have been damaged.

Helen, the problem might be with the ISP associated with your connection. Any outgoing mail will use SMTP protocol, and error 521 indicates, the domain is not accepting the mails. Please check whether the domain mentioned in your receipents are accepting the mails.
