I am having issues with an email purporting to be from Bigpond which I cannot resolve.
The message appears in my MS Outlook 2010 (running under Windows 7) inbox every time email is sent or received. All software has automatic updates and have all patches current.
The message always has the same date and always has the same content. None of the diagnostic tools in Norton 360 or from the website pickup any issues.
I cannot block the sender, all I have been able to do is flag to go to the junkmail folder upon receipt.
Can anyone tell me how to remove from my laptop?
