Hi
I receive every time my son log on (W11 desktop) into his account an email :
oooooooooooooooooooooooooo #### Estensione del browser disattivata
Salve xxxxx,
ooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Any idea on how he can disable the extension? I fixed the extension always active on windows register so he can not disable it from the browser. I tested all modes to receive that email but never happened to me. Unknown browsing is not the cause.
I’m quite sure he do something that allow him to bypass some rules.
How can i check it?
Thanks
Dave
Hi! I’m getting the same message every day “The Norton Family browser extension for Sandy is disabled on: …”. The fact is that this message is not true. Seems like a bug in Norton Family. The extension on that certain computer has not been disabled. I have checked it immediately after my son turns on computer right in front on me. The extension was not disabled. Faulty message.
Thank You for answer. All Norton extensions are enabled on both (Google, Edge) browsers installed on particular computer. Norton extensions are enabled only in my sons profile. I don’t need extensions be enabled in my own profile. After getting message described above I checked both browsers extensions immediately in my sons profile. All Norton extensions where ON. Beside extensions story I’m regularly getting messages from my children profiles that certain programs are installed or uninstalled. Messages are related to programs which are not even in their profiles. The programs are in my profile and are complicated professional applications. Not ese to install or uninstall. I’m even not checking those messages because I know they can’t do that.
