Finally, after getting Norton Family to work after numerous problems over the last 8 weeks, I now realize that when I receive email messages about my son's computer use, it's 22 hours late. For example on 1/27 at 4:14 pm, my son reached his 2 hours time limit. I was then notified on 1/28 at 2:09 pm of this issue. To make matter worse, I then see that I have yet to be notified about his attempt to access a blocked website from 4 days ago. What's going on? You need to get this thing fixed ASAP!
