Email notifications very off sync

Once again I am having an issue with NF. Yesterday my son tried to access a blocked website on December 30 at 9:39 AM. I am today just now receiving the email on December 31 at 1:27 PM. I have checked numerous times to make sure the time setting zone is correct in the Norton family app and it is. Why is this happening?

Thank for your reply. My sons phone only has the NF safesearch search engine, so this was used when looking up Quora.com, which was blocked. I didn't open the Norton app to see this email or notification. It came to me as an email on my laptop (which does not have any Norton products installed) to my outlook email 1.5 days later.

Has anyone looked into the issue of not being able to post a new item? I am still seeing the below error

The website cannot display the page

 HTTP 500

Most likely causes:

  • The website is under maintenance.
  • The website has a programming error.

Apologies for the delay in replying to your post. We were investigating the issue and found that the logs were sent late from the NF app and hence the delay in receiving the email.

As mentioned in the post (points 2 & 5), any web activities done outside of the NF app and restricted by VPN, will be reported only when the NF app is launched the next time. Nevertheless, the child will be protected from viewing any blocked content.
