I'm using Norton Internet Security 2011 on XP with outlook 2002 as my email client. Since i upgraded from NIS 2010 the buttons in my email program toolbar have become disabled. I have 15 email account in my outlook client, the NIS email program buttons are active in the default email account i.e. the one called "inbox" and the NIS spam folder but, the buttons are dead in all other email accounts. I never had this problem with NIS 2010, now I wish that I didnt upgrade :(
Network Settings/Client Integration/Configure:
Email Clients = outlook + outlook express (both selected)
Address Books = outlook contacts list + windows address book (both selected)
Is anybody else having this same problem?
