Norton v24.x does not have Norton AntiSpam client integration

• Email Protection – this feature now works for any email client, not just Outlook (Windows only). We have removed the Anti-Spam functionality because we weren’t able to provide the correct level of user experience we wanted. This only applies to the spam filter itself. The rest of the email security features have been retained in Email Protection.
  New Norton 360 app

Caveat: I’ve never used Norton Anti-Spam function

Related I believe: the Norton menu has disappeared from Outlook 365 (Norton 24.x) so it cannot be used anymore to move files to the Junk Email folder

Norton now not an add in for Outlook 2016.
