Email scam or could I be infected?

I got an email the other day that concerns me. Here is the email.

I did a search and seen I could be infected so I did a full scan. Norton did not find anything. Can someone just make up any email address and send it out like it was your email account or should I be worried they have my password and/or could I be infected?

Message edit time is one hour.
You may however go back to Image Icon > select pic file and Delete file, at any time.

Just re-read opening post.  Maybe, email address in pic is not your real email address.

Um, you did not mask your email address.  I'll ask Moderator to mask your email. 

While receiving one of these emails can be anxiety provoking, always remember that these are just scams and you should not believe anything they state. Instead, just mark it as spam and delete the email.
