You say Outlook Express so I assume you are using Windows XP and not VISTA?

 

In VISTA Windows Mail puts them in Junk email -- but as Stu says you need to install the free add-on:

Norton Add-on Pack *

Using 360 version 2.0, when emails (outlook express) are scanned, if any suspected of being spam, where do these emails go in order to check this file for ones that should be allowed through?

You need to install a add on pack for anti spam.

Than a folder will be made in your Outlook called "Norton Antispam"
