Hi,
just updated from NIS 2009 to the 2010 version.
In 2009 there used to be an animated icon which appeared in the notification area (near the clock at the bottom right)) when scanning emails, has this been removed in the 2010 version as I no longer see it when receiving or sending emails?
Using Vista Home Premium.
In NIS 2010, I have all the following ticked in the email configuration settings:
Scan incoming email messages
Scan outgoing email message
Scan outgoing messages for suspected worms
Protect against timeouts
Display progress indicator.
