Emails being sent to people in my Address Book

Returned emails being received from people in my address book I didn't correspond with - how do I stop

 

I am running the latest version of NAV ie 2011, and regularly scan.  However, someone seems to have access to my address book.  I am using Yahoo Web Mail.
