This is a repeat thread that was closed however there was never a solution. An employee (Matt_Boucher and AshwinS) were working the issue though there hasn't been a reduction in the background filter notifications.

This has been going on for almost a year and now I'm getting "No device activity" emails ad nauseam. I've attached an example of website notifications that are completely irrelevant. My annual subscription is coming due and this service has lost its usefulness because the emails I'm sent aren't relevant.
Any updates?
