I have just installed Norton 360 on my PC running Windows 8 and Outlook 2003, and ever since installing it Outlook will not send or receive emails. Can anyone help?
Problem now resolved by Symantec support. Was due to teh fact that on my outlook I have several email profiles and that the connection was timing out due to the time taken to scan teh various incoming and outgoing email accounts. email scanning has been tured off and relying on realtime virus protection, it now runs fine
