Enable or leave New Add-on Norton Vulnerability Protection?

I want to know if I need to enable or leave how is say " New " on IE 9

Norton Vulnerability Add-On protects your browser from others exploiting your browser vulernabilities and saves your browser from attacks. So please enable the Norton Add-Ons.

 

You can also enable "Norton Identity Protection" Add-On for storing your Logins(username/passwords). You can enable it from "Add-ons" UI in the browser.
