- For iOS devices running iOS 11.x or later, one can use the built-in camera to scan a QR code. For more information, read this Apple Support article. They may also use any third-party QR Code scanner apps that are available at App Store.
Will one be still protected against malicious or unsafe web links that a QR code points to?
- To protect against malicious or unsafe web links through QR code, we recommend that they install Norton Mobile Security. The Web Protection feature of Norton Mobile Security scans and reports any malicious or unsafe web links before they open it.
