Endless Cycle: No Identity Safe Login

Twice this week, I have been burdened with the unavailability of the Identity Safe Vault Login...When I hit the "Vault Is Closed" on the Norton Toolbar, I get the "Get Started" screen as if I am starting a new account...when I hit the sign in button, it takes me to the login for my Norton Account (which I am already signed into)...when I type my password, the account sign in pop up goes away, and the Identity Safe "Get Started" screen remains asking me to sign in...What's up with this problem?!  I tried to resolve this with an outsourced chat customer service representative who was completely useless...please fix this problem as soon as possible, and let me know how I can access my Identity Safe Vault!   Thanks.
