Endpoint: LU1803: LiveUpdate failed

Hi, this is the message I'm getting when I try to use LiveUpdate. I found that it hasn't updated itself since mid-November. Gulp.

 

Error: "LU1803: LiveUpdate failed while getting your updates"

 

I'm using:

Symantec Endpoint 11.0.400.2295

Vista, 32-bit

And I tried it (yes, in Internet Explorer) and...nothing happened.

 

Any ideas? Thanks!
