I am new to this forum
I have installed Symantec endpoint protection version 11.0.5002.333 that the university I go to gave me a few years ago (I realize it's an old product but it was free). It has been working fine up until yesterday but now I have a message to "fix" out-dated virus definitions and so when I click on fix, it does what appears to be the same thing as when I do a live update but when finsihed it still says its out of date. What do I need to do to resolve this problem?
