Sometimes when I click a link and a new tab opens, or if I open a new tab in IE8, the Norton NIS2011 toolbar is replaced with the message "Engine Initialization Failure". Is there a bug doing this? I can run live update and the NIS toolbar comes back for that tab, but the error appears in a new tab.
