I'm done. Tired of paying top price for giving Norton the convenience of auto-renewing on me. Auto-renew is off, and have moved to another vendor.
What really set me off was the offer of a free upgrade for the next 30-days for the once again new product line, but never mentioning what the new auto-renewal price was. So last year 79.99 and this year what? 79? 89? 99? When all I need is a new address to get it for half the price?
Anyway, I shouldn't have to contact support for a company this big to get discounted. I have other things to do. I'd rather pay a smaller company the same or more just to take a chunk out of their market share.
