Step 1 — Sign in to the correct Norton account

Go to my.norton.com Sign in using the email you used when you paid the $19.99.

If you’re unsure which email you used, check:

• Your order confirmation email
• Your PayPal/credit card receipt They always show the email Norton attached the purchase to.

Step 2 — Check if the subscription is sitting in your account

Inside your Norton dashboard:

My Subscriptions → Norton 360

You should see:

• Status: Active
• Renewal: $19.99
• A Download or Set Up button

If you see it, your purchase is already linked — just click Download and sign in on Windows.

If you do NOT see it, continue to Step 3.

Step 3 — Manually link the purchase to your account

This is the part most people miss.

Option A — You received a product key

If Norton emailed you a 25‑character key, enter it here:

Option B — You did NOT receive a key

This means Norton used automatic license linking, and the purchase is stuck under a different email.
