Eraser unable to repair internet Settings Registry error :

Registry Key: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1977863633-2762287811-1881894301-1001\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3\"1803"

REPRODUCE ISSUE: (Use Caution please)

Go to Samsung Ice Maker Class action web site: https: // www . classaction . org/ blog/ looking-for-updates-on-the-samsung-ice-maker-lawsuit-heres-everything-we-know

Scroll  approximately 1/2 way down to just below the words "How will I know if this lawsuit settles or gets dismissed?" and click on "...You can also sign up for our newsletter if you’d prefer "... They will send you an email to "verify your subscription"; but by then your browser is compromised. I did not click on the email or send a "Reply". Norton Eraser "initially" finds 2 registry errors and is able to fix the first reg error but never the second one.

Chrome/PC was redirected to use another browser, visited new internet site (Samsung above) and disabled bogus browser and removed it (without noting the bogus browser's name) got redirected to using a new Browser (of course Norton safe site green check marks disappeared). Chrome with Norton extension was/is current default browser. I did not uninstall and reinstall Chrome or any other of my browsers (Bing, Internet Explorer etc.).

Norton Eraser finds the error but Quick Scan will not.  Ran Eraser 3 or 4 more times and each time Eraser found the above Reg error; but could not repair above Registry error.

This Reg error won't let "Dell Tech Tools" app startup and run. Also, email (MS Outlook/gmail) puts 2 identical emails in "Sent" folder; but only sends one to recipient. Outlook/gmail sync (New messages maybe screwed up as well.

Again, Norton Eraser finds the error but Quick Scan will not.
