Erreur 800b004 à l'installation Norton sous Windows W7 SP1

Norton fonctionnait correctement depuis longtemps

récemment j'ai perdu l'accès à "mon norton"; l'antivirus continuait à fonctionner (test eicar.com)

dès que je lance N360Downloader.exe j'obtiens une erreur 800b0004

après lecture du forum, j'ai essayé d'installer KB4474419 ou KB4490628

les deux répondent "déjà installé'"

que faire ?

Norton was working properly for a long time
recently I lost access to "my norton"; the antivirus kept working ( eicar.com test)
as soon as I run N360Downloader.exe I get an error 800b0004
after reading the forum I tried to install KB4474419 or KB4490628
both respond "already installed"
what to do ?
