I tried to install Norton (Bbox option) but I keep getting this error message.
The installation works on the iOS application, but impossible on my Macbook (MacOS 10.15.2). I tried the installation 6 times, downloading with Chrome and Safari, but the same problem at the end ...
While my screenshot is moderated, I write the error message here:
"INSTALLATION FAILED, your installation program does not work correctly"
Do you have an idea to solve this problem?
I would have liked to try Norton via my month offered with Bbox before going to the "official" version by buying a license directly on MyNorton, but if it makes me the same ...
