I believe the Norton 360 firewall is blocking access to my email (Shaw) server. When i turn off the firewall, my emails send and receive without issue. When it is on I get an error (0x800CCC0E).
What I want to know is which Norton Traffic Rule I need to disable to allow my emails to send and receive? I'd hate to just disable it altogether, but there's no obvious answer I can find.
