that is a big bug and there is only one work around call norton and they fix the bug and you produckt work ok
@PAN_STRATIKOPOULOS Login into your Norton account online. Go to My Subscriptions and click on Manage Licenses. If your PC is listed delete your PC from the list. Try activating again.
