Need a help on this strange problem.
Two Windows 10 machines have NIS 22.7.0.76 installed. One machine is OK but the second one behaves following problem.
I wanted to scan a USB memory on G: . Opened cmd.exe and issued a command of
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\22.7.0.76\Navw32.exe" g: /S+ /B+ /SESCAN
This result in error 3019,1, then automatically downloads a fix that cures the problem as far as power is kept on. But shutdown/reboot cancels the fix and the problem takes place again. I use the PC off-line when USB scan is required, so, the problem cannot be fixed.
Omitting /S+ /B+ /SESCAN does not resolve the problem. Any suggestion to fix?
Oh, BTW, "Fast Startup" in power option is turned-off. Display driver is latest. PC is HP Spectre X360.
