Error: "3035,6" appears on Norton 360 Version 5.0

Everytime I open my computer through internet explorer browser, I receive the message :

Error: "3035,6" appears on Norton 360 Version 5.0

Additionally, since I installed Norton 360 Version 5.0, my computer is very slow in functioning and it is very difficult to even open into other venues.

My Norton 360 does not seem to be able to complete the Live Update. I have run it several times. It says there is an auto-protect error, and then directs me to a website where it states 

Error: 404

An error has occurred or the page you requested cannot be found.

 

I feel like I'm being led in circles.

 

Please can anyone help?

P.S. I am really shocked that Norton does not have live help like McAfee.
