I'm running windows XP and NIS 2011 (i've run Norton anti-virus for about 6 years with no problems). With NIS 2011, I'm now getting error 3038, 104. I ran the 20110118v5i32.exe virus update (twice) from the Norton website using Update Installer. When i go to virus update on the NIS icon, it says everything is up-to-date. When i run One Click Support Quick Scan, it says "no common problems found." Why am i still getting the error message?
