Error: 3039, 65545

I am using antivirus (NIS 2014) but it started to be naughty! After the power of computer or restart message appears:

szModVer: 9.0.0.81 Offset: 00163505
Making recommendations for update, restart and the scan, or reinstall NIS did absolutely nothing! As well as cleaning the registry did nothing!
    File BHEngine.dll is:

After 10-15 minutes NIS work appears Error: 3039, 65545
After the restart of computer or NIS again after 10 to 15 minutes are shown in the error Error: 3039, 65545

But if NIS ir disable or uninstall, computer is these errors free!
