I'm on Windows 8.1. This error message has just started suddenly coming up while I'm on the internet. "Your PC is not protected by Sonar advanced protection." Fix Now comes up with Not Completed. Have run Liveupdate - all up to date. Have run Norton Power Eraser. Said everything was OK. Have tried to Live Chat twice. 1st time they said run Liveupdate. 2nd time they said outside business hours. Is this just a Windows 8.1 problem? I've paid for a 2 year subscription - if this can't be fixed I want my money back!!
