HELP please, have been on phone for ages this afternoon to your tech people regarding SONAR fault, they have uninstalled and re installed, done updates, checked for other antivirus, nothing found, booked return call from manager at 6.00pm, nothing received, have turned computer off and on, everything fine, done live update and now error 303964443 has appeared, so im online now to you with no protection I gather, please can someone give me a proper answer as too the correction of this fault.
