Error 3040,20011

Yesterday I turn my computer on, and all of a sudden Norton has these errors.  I've tried fixing it following the instructions that pop up, including live update, etc. but nothing has resolved it. I bought online, so I don't have a disc, and have 153 days left in my subscription, so I shouldn't have to rebuy something I've already paid for.  Does anybody have any experiance with these errors, and how I might go about fixing the problem? Any feedback would be greatly appretiated. Thanks in advanced.
