Error 3047.58

After running live update several times, the error continues, muy computer is at risk and I do not know how to solve the problem.

Hi majobar,  Welcome to the Norton Community.

From the little I could find on this error code,  your best bet may be to uninstall/reinstall by using the tool found here.

 

Back up your Identity Safe before using.

This remove and reinstall tool will give you a clean installation.  You will have to run live update,  rebooting as required,  until no more updates are offered.  I hope this helps.  Let  us know how you get on.

Error: "3047,58" appears on Norton 360 Version 5.0


Have you checked your System Date & Time.

Have you tried updating defs via Intelligent Updater (see link)

 

Thanks bjm_ , I looked on the support site with '.' instead of ',' and didn't find any results.
