Error 3048,3 after hibernation wake up

I have NIS 19.2.0.10. Recently upon wake-up after hibernation of my Windows 7 Professional on Dell lattitude E6400, I get error 3048,3. No fix, but recommends reboot. I cannot tell if this occurs only after IP conflict (different/other machines on network when woken up so machine not connected and NIS panics) or some other issue. After the error message and after fixing the connectivity probelm (re-issue machine IP number), the taskbar window shows NIS icon with green box. The error does not seem to show up in the history panel. Searching the fora here, the only comments/suggestions are: after reboot - if still get error, uninstall/re-install. My questions are: 1. What does the error actually mean, i.e., what is the problem? Is it as I suspect, NIS is flagging the lack of expected connection, or something else like a rootkit or other baddie? 2. Since the icon has the green tick, if the error actually fixed and there is no need for the reboot? So to start a new thread but the reply buttons on all previous messages related to the error are not active on my machine. TIA Jay
