Today (8/23/2016) while browsing at site: http:// leadacidbatterydesulfation . yuku . com / forums/ 3 / Pulse-Charging-and-Desulfation/  Pulse-Charging-and-Desulfation # . V7zJL5grLDc , I received an error message "Error 361F8" which locked up Chrome Browser. I was asked to call 877-764-1032 and provide payment information to clear error. I executed MalwareBytes and then rebooted to clear the ransom demand. I have Norton 360 which did not protect against this malware.

Norton Identity Safe is for storing and filling logins and passwords. I think you are referring to Safe Web.
